Ingredients for home-made icing: 
75g Unsalted Butter 
175g Icing Sugar 
3 tbsp Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder 
Dash of Milk or Warm Water 


Method:
To make the butter icing place the butter in a bowl and beat until soft. Gradually sift and beat in the icing sugar and Cocoa Powder and enough milk / water to make the icing fluffy and spreadable.
