You cake will keep for up to 3 days once covered in ganache and stored in the fridge. We recommend decorating with the jelly and fondant just before serving as the cake cannot be kept in fridge once the fondant is added. 
Recipe Tips
If you do not have a 6inch cake tin set the jelly in a larger tin and break up into chunks when placing on top of the cake.
