Preheat the oven to 190C / 170C / Gas Mark 5. Line a 1lb Loaf Tin with non-stick parchment paper.
In a bowl, add the softened vanilla ice cream, plain flour, baking powder and half the orange zest. Mix together to a smooth batter using a spoon.
Fold the milk chocolate chips into the mix.
Spoon the mix into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool fully.
Add the milk chocolate to a bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until fully melted. Stir it each time.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the loaf cake and decorate with the remaining orange zest. Enjoy!
