Grated Chocolate

Grated chocolate makes a great decoration for desserts. Try placing Dr. Oetker Chocolate in the freezer until it gets really hard, this makes it easier to grate and gives the chocolate a very fine finish.

You try can also use a vegetable peeler to create small chocolate curls.
